How does personalized name engraving work on pencils?
We use precision laser-engraving or high-durability hot-foil stamping on premium basswood pencils. You enter your child's or recipient's name on the product page, and our craftsmen carefully apply the lettering before packaging.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom pencils?
Our standard minimum order quantity for personalized pencils is 20 pencils. This allows us to calibrate our engraving equipment and maintain affordable per-unit pricing for parents and schools.
Can I preview my custom design before production?
Yes! After placing your order, you can message us directly on WhatsApp at +91 88266 30699 with your Order Number, and we will share a digital mockup of the font and name layout.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We offer local priority delivery across Ghaziabad (Indirapuram, Vaishali, Raj Nagar, Crossings Republik), Noida, Greater Noida, and all Delhi-NCR zones. We also ship across India via reputable courier partners.
How long does delivery take?
For standard stationery, delivery across Delhi-NCR takes 1 to 2 business days. For custom-engraved pencils and personalized gift sets, production requires 1 business day, followed by 1 to 2 days for transit.
How do I qualify for FREE delivery?
All orders of ₹499 and above qualify for 100% Free Delivery across India automatically at checkout. Orders below ₹499 have a flat ₹49 delivery charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept 100% secure online payments through Razorpay (UPI via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking). We operate on a 100% prepaid basis and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
