1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Vamika Stationers & Gifts (https://vamikastationers.com/ or our direct WhatsApp order desk), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We strive to present product photographs, dimensions, and descriptions with maximum accuracy. However, slight variations in natural wood grain or screen colour display may occur.
• Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice, but will never affect orders already confirmed by our system.

3. Customer Responsibilities for Personalised Orders

For all customized items (such as name-engraved pencils, student labels, and gift tags):

• The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the correct spelling, capitalization, and accuracy of names and wording entered at checkout.
• We engrave text exactly as provided. Please review your order confirmation receipt immediately and contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours if an error needs correction.

4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Certain customized products (such as personalized pencils) enforce a minimum order quantity (e.g. 20 units). Orders submitted below the stated MOQ cannot be processed by the server.

5. Payments & Order Acceptance

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through authorized Indian payment channels (UPI, cards, NetBanking). We reserve the right to verify or cancel orders suspected of fraud, automated bot activity, or incorrect shipping details.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, website content, images, icons, and product descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Vamika Stationers & Gifts. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
